Cyberpunk 2077 Review

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world RPG, action and adventure game set in a dark depiction of the future where everyone has their body parts replaced with mechanical parts. In this game, player takes control of a character known as V. Players have to complete missions in the Night City to gain the ultimate goal of becoming Night City legend. This game also has a DLC expansion called Phantom Liberty which you can buy separately from steam.

This game is very famous for its one of the most disappointed game release in the history of gaming as when it was released, it was in a very bad condition. The had so many glitches, bugs and FPS drops. The performance on both the PC(s) and consoles were very bad. Due to this, Cyberpunk faced heavy criticism form the fans, so much so that Cyberpunk faced law suits against it. After this, the head of CD Projekt Red made an apology to the fans, the company who made the game, revealing to the fans that game was not even finished yet but they released it because of the pressure they were facing from the shareholders.

He said that the whole team will try redeem themselves and will fix cyberpunk 2077.

In Cyberpunk 2077, players have the option to choose the origin of V, but it only changes the first mission of the game and some dialogues, the rest stays the same. As it is a RPG, players have the choice as to how they want to play and what choices they want to make. Players have two types of approach in this game, a stealth based and other gun blazing, its up to the player how to they want to play the game. But in some situations, players will not have an option to do stealth but these are very few instances. It also have a skill tree in which players can invest in skills by spending skill points earned by completing missions. You can be a stealthy ninja, a brute or a hacker if you want to. In this game, player's choices does matter as it affects the fate of characters, players also have to opportunity to have relationships with different character and its up to the players to choose their love interests.

The boss battles and level design are well up to the industry standards and in most of the cases, it exceeds expectations. The bosses in this game are well designed and you may face difficulty facing them but it works in the favour of the game as the game makes you learn the mechanics of the game. The side missions of the are very well designed and have their won story and while most of the game in todays time are very generic and boring, the side missions in this game also very interesting.

There also so many characters in the game which have their own personalities. One of the game's selling point was famous actor Keanu Reeves, in this game he is known as Jhonny Silverhand. In this game, you can interact with him as he is with the player all the time.

The story of this game is also very good, and it keeps you stick to the end. In this story, V wants to become a Night City legend and have to make his way through all the challenges he face.

Overall, the state in which the game is now, one can say it is one of a kind and is a masterpiece. If you love science fiction, it is a must for for you and if you like to play video game, it is also a must for you.

The main story of the game takes about 25 hours but if you want to finish the game at 100%, it will take about 100+ hours.
